Pivoting Steel Doors

Envo Steel glazed pivoting doors have a minimalist aesthetic and wide opening angles. Their durability make them a perfect choice for modern spaces, combining style with performance.

Why use pivoting steel doors?

Here we cover off the key reasons for using a steel-framed pivoting door.

Open-Close Control

Pivot systems allow for precise adjustment of soft-open and soft-close mechanisms that are typically hard to achieve with heavy steel doors. This means the beautiful steel and glass asthetic can be combined with a surpirsingly gentle operation.

Make a Statement

Most of us have grown up around standard hinged doors, meaning pivot doors add a sense of intruige and carefully considered style.

Opening Angle

Pivot systems allow a larger opening angle than regular hinges, making them suitable for spacious and grand entrances.

Finish

Envo Steel Hinged Doors (Sealed) can be finished in a RAL colour of choice as a durable 2-layer powder coating, a metallic PPC finish offering a subtle sheen, or our flagship Royor range of hand-applied brass, bronze, or copper finishes which provide a superior look and feel.

Glazing

The profile layout and glass options are completely bespoke allowing you to create a statement whilst ensuring the doors compliment the surrounding space. Our most popular glazing options are shown below.

Sizing

The Envo Steel Hinged with seals comes with 60mm door and frame thicknesses. The door and frame profiles have a double rebated shape including two black rubber seals. The maximum dimensions are driven by the maximum size for the chosen glass type: 1500mm x 3500mm covers most types but larger is possible.

Profile layouts
Whilst our profiles can be customised in any way you choose, we have twenty different standard layouts to choose from. Our profile inspiration was drawn from some of the early projects that Envo worked on.
