ENVO Fineline door kit

The Pocket Door Complete System has been designed to form part of the wall and is almost entirely concealed, leaving just a fine line at the top for the door to glide through. This is a perfect choice for contemporary design schemes looking to create a minimalist finish.

It is fully self-supporting without the need for any structural support from above and transfers the load down to the floor through its vertical profiles. Its smart design features an access pocket, which allows rollers to be inserted or removed at any time and door leaves to be installed and uninstalled at any later stages of a project (subject to the correct finishing detail).

The system comes complete with a universal slam post, which is an important structural element of the self-supporting feature. It can be used as a receiving jamb, which incorporates acoustic seals, or alternatively, it can be reversed and concealed to deliver a minimal finish detail. It can also be used to accommodate a specific finish detail of your choice.

There are alternative setups that can provide the greatest flexibility which do not incorporate a universal slam post; in these instances, additional support will be required at the lead end of the top track.

Our systems are designed for door leaves of up to 44mm as standard; however, some systems are available in larger sizes to accommodate door leaves of up to 54mm thick. If you require a thicker door leaf please contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.
